Smoked Salmon Cheese Logs Recipe

• 4 ounce cream cheese
• 2 ounce white cheese, grated (Swiss works great)
• 2 oz. Alaska Smokehouse Smoked Salmon
• 2 Tablespoon Herbs (dill or onion)

1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until mixed
2. Remove mixture from food processor
3. lightly dust with flour and then roll into logs
