- 1/2 cup Smoked salmon -- minced
- ¼ cup Sour cream
- ¼ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tb of Lemon juice
- Salt & pepper -- to taste
- 6 Egg, hard cooked
- Paprika
Procedure
- Cut peeled eggs in half lengthwise.
- Slip out egg yolks and mash with fork.
- Mix in remaining ingredients (sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt & pepper).
- Cover and chill.
- Fill egg whites with the smoked salmon mixture.
- Garnish with paprika.
