Procedure:
- Gently break the salmon fillet into smaller flakes.
- Dust the smoked salmon in flour.
- Fry the smoked salmon lightly until starting to brown in a deep frying pan.
- Set aside smoked salmon.
- Add soup powder, nectar and apricots to frying pan.
- Mix everything well and bring to a boil.
- Add smoked salmon back to pan and simmer for 1 hour.
