The highest quality Roe Caviar is from Wild Coho, which is what we process on an onshore cannery in Alaska to bring to you. To deliver the highest quality and freshness, each individual 1.75 ounce glass jar of our Salmon Caviar is vacuumed packed and sealed. This enusres the dry, stable shelf life customers expect of our Caviar. Similar to all other Alaska Smokehouse products, our Salmon Caviar has been inspected prior to distribution and is both HACCP Certified and EU Approved before ending up in front of our consumers.
