Copper Mountain Split Pea Soup

I found this soup in the Gourmet Food aisle at TJ Maxx. I made it in a crock pot and added a substantial bone and chunks of meat from a left over spiral ham and simmered for 6 hours until the meat literally fell apart. It was a little on the salty side (perhaps though due to the ham I added) and a little thin so I added some corn starch to thicken. Otherwise an EXCELLENT soup which prompted me to locate the source.
