In Elizabethan England (1558-1603) fruits such as cherries were reserved to be only consumed by the nobility, and preserves were for the rarest of occasions. We have once again overthrown the nobility and are pleased to bring everyone this Tart Cherry Preserve with Brandy liqueur.
