I have been buying this salmon for many years, since I was first introduced to it on my honeymoon to Alaska in 1992. We have it every Christmas and Easter morning, and even though my four kids don't really like fish, they INHALE this stuff. They like it on Ritz crackers with cream cheese; my husband and I also like it mixed with rotini pasta, olives, tomatoes, olive oil, and some artichoke hearts &/or asparagus tips in a quick casserole or one pot dinner. Also jazzes up homemade mac and cheese, is great on salads, in omelets, and is fabulous mixed with spinach, mushrooms, and cream sauce over fettucine. I give it as gifts to people I REALLY like every Christmas, and I know people enjoy it.
