In Elizabethan England (1558-1603) fruits such as raspberries were reserved to be only consumed by the nobility, and preserves were for the rarest of occasions. We have once again overthrown the nobility and are pleased to bring everyone this Raspberry Preserve with Cointreau Liqueur.
INGREDIENTS: Raspberries, Cointreau, Cane Sugar, Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent: Fruit Pectin.
