Sel Gris Fine Gray Sea Salt
Sel Gris by Leila Bay Trading Company is a moist, unrefined sea salt from Guérande, France. Its light gray, almost purple tint in color comes from the clay found in the salt pans. The salt is collected by hand, using traditional Celtic methods.
