The Rotta Estate Zinfandel Port is made using Zinfandel grapes grown from 70 year old vines. The Girardet Estate’s 2007 Gewurztraminer ‘Frostbite’ Ice Wine is made when an early frost freezes the grapes on the vine, results a concentrated sweet wine.
